For over 50 years, The Foundation for Economic Education (www.fee.org)
has taught economic principles and the freedom philosophy to students, teachers, and the general public nationwide through seminars and publications.
Anyone over the age of 18 may apply for a FEE Summer Seminar—whether a full-time or part-time student, a parent, a teacher, or a professional. High school and homeschool students under the age of majority may attend with a parental chaperone. Scholarships are available to cover tuition costs and travel expenses. For homeschool students who have attended FEE or Economic Thinking seminars or workshops, please send email with listing the program you attended, any comments on it, and why you want to attend a FEE Summer Seminar. Dozens of homeschool studens have attended past FEE Summer Seminars, and we hope to have ten or more attending each FEE Seminar this summer. Homeschool parents are welcome to attend FEE Seminars this summer, as well as students.
Othere economic education opportunities are also available for homeschool students this summer. The Fund for American Studies, Foundation for Teaching Economics, Acton University, Institute for Humane Studies, FreedomFest, and Institute for Economic Studies-Europe all offer market-oriented seminars for students.
